The work that needed to change
Preparing a new product meant gathering source information, writing descriptions and SEO fields, and entering the results into the commerce workflow. The opportunity was to reduce repetitive preparation while keeping the review step clear.
Build around the people doing it
Michael jointly built the n8n workflows with his nephew Josh, coaching him through the work. An Excel row supplied the product title and SKU. Manufacturer documents and web research provided context for generating descriptions, meta titles and other SEO fields.
The output went into designated Excel columns. The ecommerce manager reviewed the material and copied the approved information into Magento.
What this demonstrates
A useful automation can fit the way a team already works. The implementation combined structured output, a clear review responsibility and a familiar platform handoff. Shared development and coaching were part of the delivery.
Evidence and limits
Michael reports a reduction from more than an hour to under ten minutes per product. This is a self-reported comparison, not an independently verified benchmark. The scope of the timing and representative examples have not been independently confirmed.
The case does not establish autonomous publishing or a measured improvement in content quality.
